Each pen name gets its own public page at getinkhub.com/author/[slug] — bio, social links, and a book grid. Private by default, live when you're ready. Set up from Settings → Public Profile.

Reader Magnets

Create free-book magnets from Marketing Hub — each gets a public landing page where readers enter their email for a secure download link. Auto-syncs subscribers to Kit, Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Beehiiv. PDF watermarking stamps each copy with the reader's email.

Achievement Badges

A badge showcase on the dashboard home recognizing writing milestones, community participation, and founding-member status. More badges added over time.

Community

A members-only space with seven focused sections: General, Resources, Promo Opportunities, Swaps, Critique Partners, Celebrations, and Ask. Threaded comments, community voting, and public member profiles.

Get notified when someone replies to your Community post or comment. Bell icon in the nav shows your unread count.

Events + Inventory + Personal Sales

Track in-person sales at craft fairs, signings, conventions, and direct sales. Per-event stats, prep planner with application deadlines, custom unit prices, inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, print cost per book, and full profit math. A built-in idea bank inside Marketing Hub for the days you open Instagram with nothing to say. Spin a random post, browse and filter 273 ideas across 20 categories, or save your favorites for later. Filter by platform, category, and effort. Hide-asks toggle keeps the spin pool mostly value posts so you're not nagging readers.

Team & Helpers — Delegate Sections

Invite up to 4 trusted helpers — a PA, pledge manager, co-author, or spouse — to access specific parts of your InkHub account. Each helper gets their own login, switches between helping you and managing their own data, and only sees the sections you grant. Settings, billing, Community, and Find a Pro reviews are always owner-only.

Industry News Feed

A daily-updated widget on the dashboard home pulling articles from top book industry sources — Publishers Weekly, Reedsy, Written Word Media, Self-Publishing Formula, ALLi, and more. Tagged by category (Industry, Marketing, Craft, Platforms). Refreshes every morning.

Backlist Health Score

Scores every book in your catalog across seven data points — cover, blurb, Amazon link, wide link, Goodreads link, pub date, and genre. Lowest-scoring books surface on your dashboard so nothing slips through the cracks.
